Today the kid found a dollar bill on our desk. He picked it up and proudly exclaimed, "MONEY!" I said, "Yup, that's money. What's it for?" His answer? "For the poor."
Dude, the kid is deep. Seriously, we are blessed 100x over. I laughed when he first said it, but really, he knows his stuff. During this holiday season - actually, all year round - he knows we have to give back. To those who are less fortunate than us - in wealth, in love, in spirituality. I am guilty of getting caught up in it all, worrying about if we have enough, when there are those out there who truly DON'T have enough. But this kid keeps it real. Thanks for the reminder, o tiny wise one.
